Jen Kramer McKibben, founder of Focused Consulting LLC, specializes in web site design focused on the clients' needs and spoken in language they understand. For nearly seven years, she has worked to develop sites that are functional, usable, accessible, and supportive of business and marketing goals. Her services include marketing and strategy, maintenance and redesigns for small to medium corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions.

Web design technology is constantly changing and evolving and Jen is committed to keeping pace. Not only does she learn for herself, she offers instruction at the Marlboro College Graduate Center, Champlain College, and the Community College of Vermont to current and future web designers at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Her courses include:

• Web site design and management
• Coding languages of the web, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Programs such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office products
• Multimedia
• Integrating the Internet into business education

Jen earned a BS in biology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in Internet Strategy Management at the Marlboro College Graduate Center. She is also a Macromedia Dreamweaver MX , Dreamweaver MX 2004 , and Adobe Dreamweaver 8 Certified Developer.
